1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Mywebb.host services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). This constitutes a binding legal agreement between you (the Client) and Mywebb.host / Leghari Portal. Any use of our services indicates acceptance of these terms.

2. Definitions

• “Services” – All web hosting, domain registration, SSL certificates, emails, server management, and related services provided by Mywebb.host via 20i infrastructure.

   

• “Client/Customer” – Any individual or entity ordering or using services from Mywebb.host.

   

• “Agreement” – This Terms & Conditions document, the Acceptable Use Policy, and any other policies referenced.

   

3. Service Provision & Payment Terms

1. All services are provided as described in your order.

    

2. Payments are non-refundable once services are provisioned, including setup fees, domain registration, and SSL certificates.

    

3. Services may renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

    

4. Clients must provide accurate and complete billing information.

    

5. Mywebb.host reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment, fraudulent activity, or violation of T&Cs or AUP.

    

6. Pricing may change at any time; existing orders are billed at the agreed rate at the time of order.

    

7. All charges are in [currency] and may include applicable taxes or fees.

    

8. Mywebb.host may require prepayment or security deposits for certain services at its discretion.

    

4. Client Responsibilities

1. Clients must ensure all information provided is accurate and truthful.

    

2. Clients are responsible for account security, including passwords, API keys, and credentials.

    

3. Clients must backup all data; Mywebb.host is not liable for data loss.

    

4. Clients must comply with all applicable laws, including intellectual property, privacy, and cybercrime laws.

    

5. Clients must report any unauthorized access or security breaches immediately.

    

6. Clients agree to monitor their services for any unusual activity and notify Mywebb.host promptly.

    

5. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Clients may not use services for:

• Spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk communications.

   

• Hosting illegal, offensive, abusive, or infringing content.

   

• Malware distribution, hacking, DDoS attacks, or unauthorized access attempts.

   

• Activities that interfere with other clients or Mywebb.host operations.

   

• Any activity violating local, national, or international laws.

   

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund. Mywebb.host reserves the right to report violations to authorities.

6. Service Limitations & Liability

1. Services are provided “as-is” using 20i infrastructure.

    

2. Mywebb.host is not responsible for:

    

   • Downtime, outages, or service interruptions

      

   • Data loss, corruption, or errors

      

   • Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

      

   • Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities

      

3. Clients are responsible for securing their applications and data.

    

4. Mywebb.host may perform maintenance or upgrades, which could temporarily disrupt services.

    

7. Suspension & Termination

1. Mywebb.host may suspend or terminate services immediately if:

    

   • Payment is overdue or refused

      

   • Fraud, abuse, or illegal activity is detected

      

   • Client violates T&Cs or AUP

      

2. Termination does not relieve the client of payment obligations.

    

3. Upon termination, all client data may be permanently deleted.

    

8. Refund Policy

1. All payments are non-refundable once services are provisioned.

    

2. Refunds may only be considered at Mywebb.host’s sole discretion for service failures not caused by the client.

    

3. Clients cannot dispute payments or file chargebacks if services are provided according to these T&Cs.

    

9. Auto-Renewal & Billing

1. Services are set to auto-renew to avoid service interruption.

    

2. Clients must cancel before renewal to avoid automatic charges.

    

3. By accepting these T&Cs, clients agree to automatic billing for renewal periods.

    

10. Fraud & Chargeback Protection

1. Clients acknowledge that ticking the agreement checkbox constitutes a binding contract and responsibility for payment.

    

2. Clients may not dispute or charge back payments if services are delivered according to T&Cs.

    

3. Fraudulent claims may result in:

    

   • Account suspension or termination

      

   • Reporting to payment processors and authorities

      

   • Legal action to recover damages and costs

      

11. Intellectual Property

1. All branding, software, content, and proprietary material provided by Mywebb.host remain owned by Leghari Portal.

    

2. Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use services for legitimate business purposes.

    

3. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of Mywebb.host intellectual property is prohibited.

    

12. Privacy & Data Protection

1. Personal information is collected and used in accordance with applicable laws.

    

2. Mywebb.host processes data only for service delivery, billing, and compliance.

    

3. Clients consent to storage and processing of personal data for these purposes.

    

13. Dispute Resolution

1. Clients must first contact Mywebb.host support to resolve disputes.

    

2. Payment processor disputes or chargebacks are subject to review, and clients must cooperate.

    

3. Mywebb.host reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for fraudulent claims.

    

14. Amendments to Terms

1. Mywebb.host reserves the right to update or modify these T&Cs at any time.

    

2. Updated T&Cs will be posted on the website; continued use of services constitutes acceptance.

    

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by UAE law.

   

• Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the UAE unless otherwise agreed in writing.

   

16. Limitation of Liability

• Mywebb.host’s total liability for any claims arising from services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services in question.

   

• Mywebb.host is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including business interruption, loss of revenue, or reputation damage.

   

17. Force Majeure

Mywebb.host is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, cyber attacks, or infrastructure failures.
